I made yummy white chili in the crockpot the other day, and I realized that I love crockpots! I can start it in the morning and forget about it all day. I don't have to worry about entertaining Malayna at 5pm {not her best time} while I cook.
Anyone have any good crockpot recipes? Or maybe a crockpot cookbook you can recommend?

I love my crockpot, too! Here's a very cool blog I found recently about using a crockpot every day of the year...very funny, too. http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/ She appears to be vegetarian, too. Aren't you? I tried the trail mix. Delish. I used dark brown sugar instead of white. I think you could double the dry ingredients, too. Have fun!(found on http://todayscreativeblog.blogspot.com/)
Scratch the vegetarian part. I just realized she's using fish and such. But some of her posts have tofu, and I think that's what may have given me that impression.
My favorite book is Fix-It and Forget-It cookbook by Dawn J. Ranck & Phyllis Pellman Good. I got it at Sam's club.
Thanks, ladies!
Jan, I was a vegetarian for all of six months. I'm just too picky (and not creative enough in the kitchen) to be able to keep it up.
That blog is a great resource. I'll be bookmarking it!
I'll have to check that blog out. I love using my crock pot when I can!
I'd love to have the white chili recipe...
